I've shopped here at least a dozen times.

I'm not a tiler, more a weekend renovator, but they've always been really easy to deal with and aren't turned off by my small purchases.

They stock a wide range of different metal trims etc that you won't find in bunnings (and they're often cheaper).

The team were so friendly and helpful , my husband and I will be regulars here now as we moved to the area and we are renovating our bathroom. It was a busy Friday morning but we were happy to wait as the staff were so polite and accomodating even though they were met with some rude customers who like us were waiting but they were so impatient and speaking very rudely to the staff and it was very uncomfortable for us to listen to the disrespect . You can clearly see the staff were with other customers and doing their best however I commend the team for handling the rude customers with grace ( although to be honest I wouldn’t have been as nice )!

We just got our kitchen tiles replaced as we had a few old cracked ones and also did a few repairs. The owner and store manager were so helpful and they saved us $$$ as we were previously told by another tile store that we would have to replace all the tiles quoting $5000. We were able to repair and replace all the broken ones for under 1k saving us so much money and headaches.

Im currently renovating my kitchen and bathroom so I came across this store (heard from a friend) and went in and asked the store manager for help as im new the renovating world.

He was so helpful he gave me tips and explained the differences between the tiles the choices and explained the pros,and cons as I was feeling overwhelmed.

I got everything I needed and feeling confident and excited to start my renovating thanks to the team for being patient and so kind with their time and knowledge.
